Collins Bus in South Hutchinson is looking for a Human Resources Generalist.

This position provides support to HR functions including: recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, data and file maintenance, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR guidance to managers and supervisors, and provide HR support to employees.
• Promote positive employee relations, respond to employee inquiries, and be involved in resolving issues and concerns.
• Supports the staffing needs of the plant. This includes screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting new hires as they move through the onboarding process.
• Conduct new hire orientation ensuring that applicable paperwork is completed and policies are reviewed.
• Perform a variety of HRIS tasks including data entry and regular file maintenance.
• Assist with organizational training and development efforts.
• Deliver excellent results with a positive and professional attitude and lead by example.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in human resources.  Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus but not required.
• Experience supporting the complete talent acquisition process, including working within applicant tracking systems, communicating with applicants during the interview and offer stages, etc.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Able to professionally communication with varying roles within the plant including an office and hourly workforce.
