Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned operations, assisting in the manufacture of each bus.
• Assemble or assist in the assembly of each component per assigned department.
• Run air and power hand tools.
• Read and interpret shop orders.
• Meet all QA and QC standards for each assembly task per assigned department.
• Ensure parts are assembled per instructions for proper appearance and function.

Qualifications:

• Quality minded
• Good attendance
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Able to work overtime as needed.

Preferred skills and experience to be successful:

• Read and use a tape measure to precise measurements
• Use common hand tools and power tools such as drills, screw guns, and caulk guns.
• Installing and mounting non-electrical interior/exterior components and hardware.
• Assemble fabricated parts, components, and other units in department.
• Ensure safety requirements and manufacturing quality standards are met.
