Pay Range:

• $19.00 to $24.00 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Upholstering of Luxury Sprinter Interior Panels using Vinyl and Carpet materials
• Utilization of spray adhesives and upholstery staple guns
• Cutting of interior plywood panels on CNC router
• Cutting of sub floor materials on CNC router
• Additional assembly of interior components

Skills/Qualifications:

• Automotive Upholstery or Furniture industry/ cabinet shop experience desired
• Experience using building materials
• Ability to use ladders, enter and exit vehicles, reaching, bending, twisting, squatting, working below knees or above shoulders and lifting as much as 50 lbs.
• Ability to use air and electrically powered tools such as drills, hammer drills, torque wrenches (powered or non-powered), air tools.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, directions, charts, forms and safety regulations.
• Ability to correctly use and read various gauges.
• Ability to work well with other employees in a team environment.
• Ability to read a tape measure to a sixteenth (1/16) of an inch.
• Must have strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work in a strong team environment.
